Would you be able to grow your orchids outdoors all year 'round in Guam? If the winter temperatures usually stay above about 55deg. F then that would make it easier for you to try more kinds of orchids. If you are growing plumeria, then probably you can grow orchids as well. They generally love the same weather conditions - warm and humid but not too hot, and lots of air movement. Since Guam is an island I'm thinking you may have fairly regular winds there?
