This is a seedling from 2012 with her 1st bloom. I currently have 3 others from 2012 that is showing signs of producing inflos.

I have read that 1st blooms will probably not be their real color and that it takes a few bloom cycles to reveal their true colors. How much of a difference should I expect? Does it just affect the color or will the size and shape of the flower also be affected? What about scent? This has none which is a bummer.

Anyways, just watching her bloom has given me the urge to buy some more seeds.

Very nice! Sometimes they change a lot and sometimes not at all.

Welcome! sssshh! That is a lovely bloom. I have late 2012 and spring of 2013 seedlings but no signs of inflo yet.

Your first seedling bloom is beautiful! So you know the parent of that one? Lovey dubby

Hi Gigi,

Sorry, I do not know the parents of my 2012 seedlings. I wish I had kept better records.

Thanks for the welcome to your awesome forum.

@Ssssh that's ok, because the seedling doesn't come true to the parent anyway, so this is uniquely your own to name.

I was just curious because the petals are beautiful, wide and overlapping with distinctive edges.

That NOID seedling should be given name, Mark. It has a beautiful flower. I don't know about PSA registration (if you wanted to). Perhaps at least the seed-parent would be needed but Hetty would know about that.
