Della, no, not Lucky Lady but another similar one that everyone refers to as 'Black Cherry'. The pod parent is one called 'Taos', shown here. Black Cherry is thought to be one of the unknown parents of Lucky Lady.

No, I do not. I do some limited trading of pollen and seed with other hybridizers.

Indeed. Unlike mine, these wonders are what can happen when you spend time figuring your hybridizing efforts before hand. Knowing your lilies *intimately* in regards to crossing certainly pays off!
