I was wondering what kinds of fertilizers everyone uses on their lillies.

I use a basic bulb food- somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-10-10 or so. mixed in equal parts with alfalfa meal. I give each bulb 1/2 cup as soon as the shoots appear. another 1/2 cup as soon as the eyes appear, than another 1/2 cup as soon as they're done flowering.

I use a lot of compost at planting time, mixed in well with the soil. My compost does not include cow manure. I have also used bulb fertilizer and followed the instructions on the bag.

I have never fertilized my lilies other than this year I did add some chicken manure fertilizer around the ones in the front. They do get topped off with my home made compost every few years.
