I swore...no more seeds. Every summer when it get so hot, that my daylilies vanish among the weeds, Im sure its the end. Just getting to be so much work...to hot...body bi##hing at me. But, here we are coming into the hottest month, the month you have to do so much work, if you want spring seedling blooms. On the list today, is to go get sand and more pine fines. The seedlings I planted in the spring are doing so great with all the rain, I just have to plant them out. Then there are the seeds from the plants I got at mecca...sure need to plant those....and then, o yea, there might be those Fried Green Tomato seeds I bought off the LA yesterday Blinking . Looks like another spring to look forward too nodding . My seeds need to be planted in August to get any spring blooms.

I noticed I wasnt the only one who was out shopping Whistling Big Grin

Pam - I have a many that I need to get started. But I do mine in the cups on my window sill. I need to get them going so I may get a few blooms myself from any newly germinated seeds from this year's LA purchases and my own crosses. And a few some others here have shared with me. Big Grin

Yes indeed, when Fred plants seeds, you know the spring pictures are going to be fun. I am working hard to have some of those as well. Ive lost an important week to major rains.

Blinking 2200! I just about choked when I read that. Wow, you are a busy bee. Kudos for getting all of those planted. Where on earth do you put them all?

I wish I had space for all of my seeds. It's going to be really hard parting with a lot of my seeds this year because most of the crosses I did had some reasoning behind them.

I started planting July 6 and planted each Monday ending Aug 3. Hope to get the July 6 planting in the ground before Aug 15 and have all in the ground before Sept 15.

Fred - Wow! How I would love to have a growing area like that! Very nice and impressive!

I should be on Freds schedule, but Ill be two weeks behind. My last seed from the garden has one more week to chill. My few off LA should be here about the same time. I have some nice big sdlgs to plant out tho, I planted them in the spring, kept somewhat shady in the sponges, and they are more than ready to get a new home. All these fall seeds are 2015
