Ive had this plant for 3 yrs now and i cant get it to grow i get maybe a couple of leaves on it but one stays healthy and the other turns yellow i just recently repotted it in a bigger pot with miricle grow any suggestions on what type of plant it is and how to care for it

Your photo is rather blurred, but somehow it seems to be a pothos plant

1) Can you further describe how you grow the plant, like the position in the house, is it by a window, and what orientation is that window?

2) What is your watering frequency and time of day you water?

3) Usually when I repot a plant, I base it on the size of the root ball. That container looks rather too big. But do try to answer the first two questions, and also maybe try to get a better photo to upload.

It is extremely to tell from the out of focus photos but it does look like it may be Pothos Pothos (Epipremnum aureum) Pothos can take lower light situations than other plants and are fairly drought tolerant once established. I have a couple growing indoors in very low light. My opinion on the possible reason for the leaf turning yellow is maybe it's buried too deep in the soil. You can lay a stem on top of soil and weigh it down with a rock ... the plant will produce roots from each node that is touching the soil and eventually produce new stems and leaves.
