See. I found it..there really is a system here."when it blooms I know right where it is...
It's anywhere from 2 1/2 inches across. To three inches across...all the flowers are this size...as I said this is the third year or better that it has behaved the same way...I at first thought it was some feeding thing I had done...but it seems to just be that way..

very light..it is sweet... the plant is a few years old here.. 3-4-5-6 I have only a distant recollection of noticing it being small.. and it was a bit before I realized it was not something i had or something had caused ...and the following two years it has stayed the same.. I think I might ave something here ... now to see if it carries through into cuttings as well... when it gets nice new roots on my old wood..
the plant is old and now is four feet tall...others I have might be 8+ by this time...but on the other hand I have two year old plants... three blooms soon.. that will hang below ground level... the plants are so small.. but the flowers are full sized.. photos in the next few days here..
