I have these bugs all over the Lilies, the Lilies are planted all over the garden in different locations but they all have these. I am cutting down the Lily stalks and burning them. Anyone know what they are? Aphids?????

They do look like aphids. The pictures don't show details, can you see if they have cornicles (the two "tailpipes") at their rear ends, as in this picture:

For sure aphids. They love the wax on the lilies. Bug b gone liquid concentrate worked for me just fine. Insecticide soap seemed to not do the trick. They love hiding under leaves where it's dry. Check irises too if you have any!
Gimme it and I'll grow it!

Just never had them like that before, Yes, I do have a lot of irises in those beds, too. Next year I will be on the lookout for them.

Severe aphid invasion. Note that female aphids can reproduce without males and that the unborn babies are already pregnant themselves, so they reproduce at an enormous rate. Spray them off with a garden hose or some type of soapy water helps too is what I've read.
