I just dont have the patience to wander endlessly over the new website.
Do they sell online any more?
How does one find the online catalogue?

Jo Ann ...

Here's the link to request a catalog:

Here's the link to shop for fall planted bulbs:

Hope this works.

"If it isnt broke ,dont fix it "

Am I the only one who has a problem with the new site?

I haven't liked the new website, since they came out with it this year. I feel the same way you do:

"If it isn't broke, dont fix it "

It isn't user friendly this year, as it was before and more time consuming and frustrating to use it now.

I agree

I haven't been able to buy from them since. It's just too time consuming. The old site was quick, easy and done.

You're not alone, aggravates me terribly! At first I did the same thing, couldn't even figure out how to find the listings. Then when I finally did, the spring and fall catalog items were all combined. Then had to figure out how to filter out the spring items. I'm starting to get the hang of it, but I found the old design much better.

I don't understand this new website. I asked if they could make a tutorial and post it on their Facebook page and they said they would but I never saw it. I loved the old site. I could wander through it for hours. With this one, in my opinion you pretty much need to know what you want before you try to search for it. I hope others are having an easier time.

Forgot to say that I have requested a catalog 2 times and never got it. I make pretty big orders from them twice a year but didn't do one in spring because I couldn't figure the site out. The fall order I did make but went to another site first and figured out what I wanted and then went back to them and put the items in the search box.

Bottom line for me is. I used to buy from them but am no longer a customer.
There are other sites that carry bulbs. I am so there!!!
