I still have lots of hummingbirds coming by Sheri's healing flower garden
drinking from the Blue Ensign salvia and also the feeders!

A friend in Chicago said he saw his first hummingbird Sept 19
in his yard..Now they have had hot and cold weather variations...

so I said well that little bird will have to fly several days to get down
to Alabama to put on some weight and gain energy to cross the
Gulf of Mexico for wintering!

The one he saw may have come from
Canada or somewhere in the very northern states..

Send the little hummingbird on down to me in Alabama!
Sheri

Not a green thumb.
Also in zone 8b and have a couple of dozen hummingbirds. So much fun to watch. Think I saw a couple mating. Would that be likely at this time? Confused Acorn
