In the beginning GOD created ...
Is there a way to change start and end times on calender to include half an hour? The event starts at 8:30 and ends at 4:30 but figure out how to do that.

You could give a range of 8-5 and then clarify in the description. Doesn't usually hurt to arrive early and when it's over, it's over.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
