Last winter all my potted cactus came in for winter and went back out in spring, they all did great. The temps
have been in upper 40`s at night, is it time to go ahead and bring them in again due to cooler nights? I cannot
recall when they came in last year. Thanks!, BTW, they are all assorted varieties planted in pots, toy dump
trucks and toy wheel barrows.

40's is still okay actually as long as they are kept very dry. But if you will have foggy conditions or rain at any point, best to bring them in. They slow down in growth during cold season.

Thanks! They get sun but are protected under a big eave overhang and never get rained on, I have to water them myself. Now, I just
watered them today and they got plenty wet on their "bodies" so I better see how dried off they got at dusk.

Just watch your temps very well. As the cold season rolls in slowly, these plants also slowly go dormant. So time to scale back watering. Our daytime is getting short too, so have to be very careful in watering.

I am close to your zone and I too agree with Tarev. I usually leave all my plants out until we get down to the 30s before I bring them inside.

Cool and dry it is what encourage them to bloom in the Spring. I wondered why my cactus did not bloom. It was explained to me was because I did not let them get cool and dry long enough.
