I'm not sure is anyone posted This yet, and if they did I'm sorry. I've been MIA due to work but I wanted to share the good news!

Tempo two will be sending Iris orders to mid America to cut down costs drastically!

Also don't forget the American dollar is stronger then the Australian dollar so the Iris are actually cheaper!

Wow that's great news !! It's always a real treat to see some of Barry's plants blooming in the spring he has wonderful new color combinations and now a way to make it less expensive Smiling Here is a sample of some his newer ones from this spring that I saw visiting the west coast and they went directly to my want list Drooling

Wow, Brad, those are nice. I have Avenue of Dreams, so since I "owe you big time" I can send you some next year. It increases pretty well and it will be it's third year next summer. I had it imported the last time I ordered from him.

If you have seen these this last summer, do you think they will be for sale via Keith Keppel next spring?

I think you mean Tempo Rouge, and I have that one too, but it's a slow grower here. Child of Adoree, which is a slow one to grow too.

Oh heavens. That means his medians I am dying to get will be available! So how will this work? Will he send them in bulk to Mid-America, then they send them out to those who placed the orders? I am away from a computer and can't currently download the Tempo Two catalogue.

...and the last time I looked, their website was apparently closed to orders. (my son
tried to buy a gift certificate for my birthday, with no luck).
I wonder if we can just send our orders to Barry Blyth directly?
(I'm not ordering, of course... Rolling my eyes. Rolling my eyes. Blinking Blinking )

I think you have to order from Tempo Two, Mid America is just acting as a clearing house for them. They will forward your order to you for the amount of postage it takes to do that.

I am deeply in want with Valley of Dreams, but can't justify that rhizome cost right now. Shrug! Nice to have the arrangement, though, and something to keep in mind for sure. Smiling

I liked 'Almost Famous' a BB. Don't know if it will really fit the class, however. It sounds like a short tall & BB breeding has spent years getting rid of those proportions.

Tom.. The 1st two pictures above were taken at Joe's this spring so he should have those next year and the rest were taken at Keppel's would be my guess that he will have the majority of them in the catalog Smiling but really nice to be able to get these direct from the source without all the old import fees, and shipping costs.

I really enjoyed all of these this spring we had a lot of fun walking the rows looking at Barry's Plants and trying to choose a couple favorites to order but it's always difficult just to pick a few there are too many beautiful colors and unique patterns coming from him so here are some more to add to the list Big Grin

More beauties, and another dragon with a dark beard I see. I have Cross My Heart, just hoping it blooms next spring. Fine Drop is interesting, and I like the shape. And then there's tuscan Glow, and . . . . . . Oh my, better start saving my nickles. Rolling on the floor laughing
