I have had this plant since April of this year and it has bloomed. It is called "Then Walking Kalanchoe" because it spreads by long arching shoots. I think that one of the three stems is forming a plantlet rather than a bloom. I was going to add this to the data base when I uploaded pics of the blooms, but wanted a second eye/opinion to make sure that what I see is a new plant and not another bloom.

It seems to have very fine hairlike roots and what may be a second set of leaves forming

My plant in whole is much smaller than palmbob's, and this spike picture was taken 2 days ago. But, yes that seems to be what is happening with this one. Thanks much for posting the link. It never hurts to have a second set of eyes and I appreciate you taking a look.

As this baby grows, when the roots are large enough to sustain it, I would be happy to share. All I ask is that you remind me as I do really have a rusty sieve memory.

Happy to share info, wish I'd actually had some in this case. What a kind thought, TYVM! I wasn't angling for cuttings, but not opposed to a trade at some point in the future. I also have a terrible memory. Will one of us remember later? IDK. LOL!

I am rather limited in what I can take care of these days. I am trying to curb my "collector" habit and make myself understand that I do NOT need one of each species and cultivar. I will make a note....
