Title of book I just purchased thru Amazon. By John W. Pilbeam. Bought package deal with other book 'Secend Fifty Haworthias'. Shame I will not see till after Jan. 18 some time. Anybody heard of this book(s)?
Some of mine. As shown on G.W.

The H. fasciata is in fact H. attenuata. It has little to no markings inside the leaf. Also the center bottom may be H. pumlia. Does any one know?
Few more till I get more pictures

I am very familiar with John Pilbeam's books. I am the librarian of our local Cactus & Succulent Society and we have both the First and Second Fifty Haworthias as well as many of his other books. They are all excellent. He has been writing on Cactus & Succulents for at least 40 some years. His most recent was in 2015 titled Cacti & Succulents of Baja California. He is English and has a website titled: Connoisseurs' Cacti where he sells books and plants only in Great Britain. www.cactus-mall.com/connoisseurs-cacti/

I got a few more to show as soon as I get updated pictures. Also ebay got some great deals right about now but too cold to ship and the shipping charges are more than the plant itself. I am currently looking for a Variegated H. attenuata. Most they show is all yellowish and not much in green/yellow variegation. Also some of the Aloe hybrids.

Just my 2 cents: Look up one called 'Fairies Washboard' to see if it's that last one with no ID. I have a small one that looks a lot like yours.

Tabbycat,
Fairies Washboard refers to the one called H. limiolia due to the inner leaf patterns of lines.

Thou not a Haworthia, it is closly related. Gasteria-Aloe asistata.

Worse of all, almost purchased these from Home Depot until I discovered they were painted.

Thumb of 2016-01-15/Stush2019/bd8ffb

I may go back to buy one because I don't have one in my collection but just hate the idea it is painted.
Also my books came in and I am busy being confused, but enjoying it.

Try as I might. I can't find info on the above painted plants. Best I can come up with is a new cross Gasteria Flo, A new Gasteria x Aloe hybrid on the market. Costa farms sell them. I think I am going to buy one for my collection.
