Please do some research before planting Eucalyptus in your garden.
I think it is a general rule for all Eucalyptus species: they have very shallow root system. In a country with tornados, they should not be allowed in gardens. We have no tornados here, but nobody plants Eucalyptus trees in their gardens, nor on city landscaping, etc. - only on plantations (used mainly for wood stoves and for short fibre pulp production).
I learned this many years ago, when I worked in a Pulp Mill and complained that some really old trees (looked healthy!) were eliminated by the roadside not far from my home. It was done for our safety
The area was extremely rainy and coastal (lots of strong winds).
Of course, you can keep them shrub-size (but this would mean to mutilate the trees) and would permanently obtain the silver coloured leaves typical to their young stage, but even if I had a large farm but lived in an area where tornados are likely, I would think of growing something different than a Eucalyptus plantation.
