Hey there, all and @dave

I have been poking around the ATP site, having just joined recently (I'm a long time member of gee-dub). This site is fantastic!

Can I request that we please have forums created which are dedicated to:
Peppers
Tomatoes
Squash & pumpkins

Lots of gardeners are over-the-top dedicated to these standard veggie crops. It would be a fantastic addition to the site.

respectfully,
Katie

Welcome! Welcome to ATP.
You can find conversations going about all of those in the Vegetable and Fruit Forum. Anyone can start a new thread in the forum to discuss specific types of plants. Thumbs up

Hi Katie! Welcome to ATP. Glad to see another vegetable gardener. You should check out some of the threads in the Vegetable and Fruit forum. (Dave doesn't usually create a whole new forum until there are SO many threads already active at the same time that they "need" their own forum.)

Some of those threads have become like mini-forums, or sub-forums, and there are many "tomato" threads.

For example, this one has 2,000 posts and 22,000 views. It could take a while to read it all!
The thread "Welcome to the Heirloom Tomato thread!" in Vegetables and Fruit forum

The thread "Growing nearly 100 varieties of Tomatoes" in Vegetables and Fruit forum
The thread "Hybrid tomato reports" in Vegetables and Fruit forum

I enjoy the Hot pepper thread, but it hasn't been very active lately. The guy who runs "Seriously Hot Peppers" is a frequent contributor.
The thread "Extra Hot peppers" in Vegetables and Fruit forum
The thread "Pepper Harvest" in Vegetables and Fruit forum

Also, have you seen and considered the new seed swap feature? We have several group swaps recruiting now, and some might interest you.

Thank you, Greene and Weedwhacker for your welcoming posts. RickCorey, thank you for pointing me in the direction of all those nice threads! I am actually in one of the swaps you mentioned. :)
