Thanks. I've been wondering about that too, about Gardengus's pic, but haven't had mine for very long, to know for sure. I think David's looks a little diff from lower light, but not sure about that either.

No, but I will take some more pics. What parts in particular do you think would help? The common name here translates to mother of thousands but who knows. I do know that I have to keep it on the roof and even up there it has spread into almost every pot there is. It can be very, very invasive. I have 2 types that are both called 'madre de miles' the main difference being the color of the leaves and perhaps size.

Hi, Jonna! I'm so glad you're able to take more pics. There are around 10 Kalanchoe species that make leaf-edge babies and are called mother of millions/thousands. A pic of the whole plant should help. If you feel like adding a pic of both, that would be fun too! I love these plants. I've got an invasion of one of them in my outside beds from having such a mild winter here. A normal winter in my location would have wiped them out. I'm constantly finding babies in pots too!

I have 2 types of what is called Mother of Thousands here, one is lighter in color but that's most of the difference. These pics are the darker type.




and these are lighter variation. They also can get large but this year none of mine have, perhaps lack of water. I do tend to ignore them a lot.

Those are awesome! TY for sharing the pics. The last 3 look like K. gastonis-bonnieri to me. 2nd pic looks like K. laetivirens. Not sure about the 1st.

I'm sure that the first 2 pics are of the same species because they are both children of last years model. That first pic they look different because they are so crowded into a very small pot. There was one plant in it last year and those are all the babies that dropped off and I didn't pay any attention so they all grew. Same for the last 3 pics, children of a previous plant. I haven't bought one of these plants in 4 or 5 years and I'm not sure I bought more than 1 of them so one of the colors may have come in on another plant.

I am looking for sone donkey Ears I had one several years I got from South Tx and I loved it. It froze one night in a non expected freeze in the DFW area😭😭😭😭😭. I would love to have another or or two of theses. Any idea where / how I can get them? I appreciate any & all help! Have a very blessed day!
