At the moment I cannot say, if there is a limit. I hope, that everybody can have, which is wanted. If the people want only 50 cultivars (all people together) it's o.k, if they want 500 cultivars it's o.k. It depends, if they are available in the hybridizers' nurseries.
Maybe people have wishes, so they can say their wishes in the beginning. But no guarantee, if it's possible to get all those wished cultivars.
One will have the duty to collect them all and email them to me. But should be reasonable wishes. Impossible to find hundreds of 'Fame Monstrose' and similar things.
Then I can go and look for. I'll do this maybe in March, in any case after weather is not any more frosty.
Better to have not too big plants. Smaller ones and offsets would be probably o.k.
When I go and look for, I will certainly find more interesting cultivars, which are maybe on no whishlist. But I can offer, when I have seen them. Some pictures will sometimes be attached (not all cultivars, but quite a few).
The prices depend on how much the hybridizers want and postage, papers etc.
Payment with PayPal would be o.k. Maybe payment in one total amount, after having all preparations finished. Or in two sums. I don't know at the moment.
Delivery should be End of March. But maybe the Hybridizers will have stress in March with their own beginning deliveries, so it might take place a delay until April.
Let's see, how it will work best. Now, I first must get information about customs regulations etc.
As soon as I know more I'l write back again. Meanwhile people can make wishlists. It's more likely to get cultivars created by the visited hybridizers, than others. But there are also many other sorts in the nurseries.
And please note: It's an attempt. Hope it works.

offsets will have roots, normally. Like they have produced (more or less) on the adult plant. Just will have to be clean - no soil. So I have to get them washed clean, before shipping.
How many depends on how many will be available at the nurseries. If, for instance, from the cultivar 'Leopold' 100 offsets are needed - why not?
Nevertheless I'll try to pack bigger plants too.
So far I can say, that almost all of the cultivars on the given wishlists probably will be available. Maybe 'Interstellar' will be out of stock. Just found only one specimen at Schara's nursery last year. Today one offset of this cultivar has been sold in German ebay for 9,50 Euro. Same with 'Romiley'.
'Halo Luca', as I appreciate, is not available in Germany so far. The picture in sempervivum-liste.de has been made in the hybridizers Garden in Belgium.
There are many Havendijks. It's a series of many different cultivars. The cultivar with the single name 'Havendijk' is without picture mentioned in sempervivum-liste.de

There will not be plants in the packages which have for instance a price of 10$ or even more.
I think, that 2 or maybe 3$, and sometimes 1$ is the price, we'll have to talk about. It depends on the nurseries listed prices. For offsets.
Big plants sure are up to 10$, depending on how new, how rare etc(incl. customs). Just take a look to several hybridizer's lists-.
I can tell you special information about that, when I've visited the nurseries.
Wishlists are very helpful. And before giving exact orders, everyone will know the costs. As I already said: For me the more easyer way is just give a pricelist an wait for orders. But I can imagine, that there are special interests, which I want to follow.
So please: don't think about money. And I know: after this great transaction the show really will begin and maybe another transaction in 2017 will follow.. It's a test first, I know. Don't be concerned. I'll do my best.
