Well, the Plumerias love the grow lights but the buds on the inflos don't.

This one was dormant, but as a previous post showed, none of them wanted to go to sleep. Even the smallest light shinning through woke them up
Went to give it a little drink and look what I found.

Now if I can just find a way for them to actually produce some flowers I'll be happy

@Lucklyzl23, I don't know enough about Plumeria to explain what's going on with those stalks with aborted buds. The stalk's not close to any heat source, is it? The only time I have seen a stalk(s) of mine do this en mass was when I forgot about plants being moved (because of the solarium construction) and frost got to the stalks/buds.

It's not close to any heat source. My heater is on the other side of the studio. There is a 3 ft space between the plumerias and the grow lights. The lights do not produce any heat either. I'm not sure what's going on, but they sure are growing fast for being indoors.

What is your humidity indoors Lucky? It maybe the humidity. And those would be latent buds, so not as strong growing as one that has a chance to develop in warmer conditions and lots of sunshine for several months before blooming.

I'm not sure what my humidity is. Do I need a specific tool to measure humility levels.
I think you may be on to something tarev. Total forgot that these trees love humidity.

I use acurite weather station, which has readings for outdoors and indoor temps and humidity.

Is that something I can purchase at a big box store or only online?

I see them in Costco..or sometimes at Walmart. I got mine years ago in Costco, their newer models are more colorful too making information easily read. They are also available online at Amazon.

Hope you can get one Lucky, you will be surprised just how dry we get here, especially in summer. Amazing plants, it made me understand the struggle they have to endure here and their tenacity to grow at the same time. I also look at the live online weather readings and forecasts, but it is always off in my garden..it just really depends where their sensors are outdoors. Really helps to know the readings are in your specific location. Indoors we have cold and warm spots too,

Lack of humidity is not something we here in Mississippi have to deal with. At least not when the plants are outside or in the greenhouses. House conditions, with central AC/heat, squeezes the humidity out constantly.

My 'K's Fuchsia Fantasy' is forming a second inflo. So far the seed-pods are still crimson-pink and look fine. The 'Celadine' is beginning to bloom again. Nothing much going on with the others in the S room, other than new leaf growth.
