Hi & welcome! Looks like a shrubby, self-heading one.

The care for any would be the same with or w/o knowing a more specific name. Doesn't need any direct light, doesn't really like to dry out all the way, doesn't like to get cold, so being on a stand or table during winter can help it avoid the coldest air at the floor level.

Adding a pic from the side, and some pics showing the details of the new leaves and their cataphylls could help someone recognize it.

It can be beyond difficult to attach a cultivar name to a mystery Philo. There are so many. Does it have info about the grower on a tag or UPC sticker? That can often lead to the right name.

I got it from a private grower. He told me when I bought it what it was exactly but I haven't seen him for a while, his shop is 2 hours away.

I'll take the pics you talked about when I get home

I look forward to seeing more of your gorgeous plant but if you're able to call and ask about its' name, that would be the most accurate way to investigate, IMVHO, or at least get a short-list of possibilities. You could invite this wonderful Philodendron-producing person to join the forum, since it would be easy for this person to see the pic you've posted here. :+)

It looks like it could be Philodendron (Philodendron 'Moonlight') Philodendron 'Moonlight'. Does that name ring a bell?

I am still new to self heading philodendrons but it looks to me that Philodendron Melinonii could be a possibility. From what I've seen P. Moonlight tend to develop a much lighter green. Either way, you have a beauty. I tip my hat to you.

Leaves in the first photo appear to be darker green than 'Moonlight'; my first thought was it reminded me of Philodendron (Philodendron tatei subsp. melanochlorum 'Congo')
