It always makes me a little melancholy when I realize that the Ruby-throated Hummingbirds have left here on their annual fall migration to southern Mexico, Central America, and even as far away as South America.
If you think hummingbirds don't overwinter where you live then you might be in for a pleasant surprise!

Thanks for posting the link, Ann. My article was focused on the Ruby-throats so this is good info to have. I do stress leaving up feeders until you no longer see birds.
