My wife's uncle grew cockscomb for decades, always saving his seed. I have very little experience with cockscomb, but from what I've seen this is a unique color, more purple than others I've seen. I knew he selectively saved seeds over the years to get this color, but I do not know how common it is. Can someone give me an opinion on it?

Hi jtcweb, that is such a pretty cockscomb, I see that you named it “Albion” after your uncle.

I also enjoyed looking at your blog. Thumbs up Smiling
