I have a soft spot for all snakes, they tend to leave people alone. There's only one here that I'm wary of and that's the Death Adder. It relies on camouflage so won't move away if it hears you coming. It's easy to tred on them. And they're incredibly fast.
"With the quickest strike in the world, a Death Adder can go from strike position to striking and back again within 0.13 of a second."

Luckily I've never found one at home. But we get them at work and other places nearby. So if I did find one at home I'd relocate it, probably give it to the wildlife park. Any of the others I just leave be.
