Laurel, nice Encyclia ( spelling is easier on the eyes?) cochleata!

Kathy, I was just about to post a couple of Den tetragonum v giganteum too, aren't they fun?
The Den prenticei is a good one too, it flowers when you least expect it! I like the growth too.

You know, I have seen this Bulbo before. Have to check the OSF.

You took a great pic of those!! I love this plant to pieces!
That would be great if you IDed the bulbo. Glen Decker said I probably would figure it out, WRONG!

Bulbo Jersey ( lobbii x echinolabium) has got to be the easiest of all Bulbos to grow and flower. I grow these in Cattleya lights.
It surprised me this week with some buds/bloom, along with the new growth. No scent!!

Ohh, nice Dens and Bulbos.

Ursula, I'm trying to be correct here. Rolling my eyes. Remember "What's In A Name"? They have to move a few Encyclias to Prosthecae to make room for the Epidendrums they move to Encyclia Rolling on the floor laughing

I'll squeeze this in between hospital trips. This is the second of my two Angraecum sesquipedales 'Star of Bethlehem'.

I'm always excited when one of my paphs blooms. I have 4 or 5 of them and get one to bloom perhaps every other year. Here is Satchel's Legend (P. Satchel Paige X P. Macabre).

While I was in Nothern Virginia, I went with my in-laws to a Pet Smart store. I'd never been in one before so wondered about while they bought some kind of a rodent. Anyway, I came across the greatest ceramic dirftwood with great orchid potting holes. I think they are ment for pet lizzards or something. Anyway, another trip to Apopka to find little phals or catts to adorn these things is now a must. Of course I may wonder through the vanda section as well.
