Roses in Snow is a pretty bloom, but I had it in a mostly shaded area for 5 years or so. Then moved it to a sunnier location 2 years ago. To be fair, it has probably not performed well or multiplied much due to the shady location.

I love the white edge it displays on the petals and the warm red color. It has not had an issue with rust in my zone 6b garden. The scapes are sturdy which is a trait I really like and it blooms in mid-June here.

This picture is from 2011. I bought a double fan in July 2009. It does bloom down in the foliage as @Hemlady stated. I've kept it because of the blooms, but as my space becomes more limited, I can see that this may be one that I might get rid of.
