Try this...Don't use ATP to search.
Change your prefs to a high number of threads per page. I usually set mine to 500 when searching for a keyword in a thread title.
Then, use your browsers "search" to search for the keyword you are looking for on the first page of threads. If you don't find what you are looking for, go to the second page of 500 threads, use your browsers search again to search that page of 500 titles.
Much quicker and more accurate for me than the ATP search. I use a Mac and I use Safari for a browser. I don't know how to use Firefox or Chrome offhand, but I am sure they would be similar.
