I've never seen them locally, these were bought online.
I've sworn off fuscias. I kill them every time. And that spot doesn't get enough light for most things. Geraniums would never bloom there.
I don't know why the soil stays inside the holes, but it really doesn't fall out. The soil just settles in and stays put.
