Tee and I think the Hibiscus rosa-sinensis page should be reserved for the species plant, and all of the unidentified tropical hibiscuses and combinations of more than one tropical cultivar should join all of the other unidentified hibiscuses and combination photos on the main Hibiscus page.

I think this probably is an issue for other plants as well. There's a Clematis viticella page, for instance, and there's a temptation to post photos of any unidentified viticella cultivar there instead of making the page exclusive to the species plant.
