I complain about our hot dry winds, but yesterday we had hot humid winds and BOY! I'll take the hot and dry any day! Sure enough, that humidity foretold a big storm so I got the rain I needed last night. Today I'll need to spray for blackspot. Doesn't take long for it to crop up on my few HT's once we have a rainy night.
Toni, it sounds yucky, but I put lotion on my hands before putting on my gloves and it really helps. Kinda steams the lotion into my skin. I've learned that dry air at lower elevations (we're at 1300') makes breathing easier for me. i can't breathe at all in humidity of 80% and more, need an inhaler. It was 56% here yesterday and I was feeling it. Crazy that just a little bit has a big effect.
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
