This is very true. For a time I didn't care for it - now I have come to appreciate its special qualities. I have several Plumeria pudica hedges.

There is a 'pink' pudica hybrid; or actually there are two. The one to get is New Srisupakorn from Thailand which is compact and has inherited the P. pudica resistance to rust. The blooms, however, only have the very slightest hint of pink.
