Pia, work very hard at keeping them from blooming. Works every time for me. I get lots of blooms when it is a new variety for me. Sad
I have some that have never bloomed and are maybe 5 or 6 years old.
I totally I agree with Chris said in her above post.

Kevin Vaughn lives in Salem, OR, and if a plant sits still long enough he will hybridize it. Rolling on the floor laughing He has such a love for creating new plants. Iris, hosta, sempervivum, sedum, he even has a most unusual colored plantain. It is truly lovely to look at.
