Every year I make up hanging baskets of double early tulips in the fall. I usually use red Abba and yellow Monte Carlo but i decided on a double mix from Scheepers for this spring. I always use new bulbs each year:
I bought enough to also make these three large containers packed with the tulip mix.
These started blooming a little later, tulip Salvo and Green Wave:
I still need to plan for containers for when these will be finished...
