Gosh, you were lucky you didn't have damage to your spine...but the effects of that fall may catch up with you when you "age" a bit! 'Wonder how much they charged you for that one Vicodin???

My neighbor (retired Seton nurse) told me yesterday that our insurance company might disallow 75% of the charges.... We have a secondary ins. also. I guess just because it says zero balance....it doesn't necessarily mean it....until the insurance weighs in. As near as I can remember, there were four doctors...two neurologists and two internal med docs...in the two days I was there... 'Expect their bills will come soon too.

Linda, I think by the time you're in ER, you've just given up control of your life to someone else whether you want to or not.

BTW...we're gonna get some rain! Maybe tonight or tomorrow. I'm going to water my roses with the"good stuff" out of the rain tank this morning in anticipation of getting tank refilled by Sunday night.
