Important: Don't add quotes around the names. The system will add those automatically when appropriate.

All that is doing is telling you to not add quotes to any information you type in the boxes.
But if you are just adding a photo to an existing entry in the database, you just click on the Upload a photo button. By doing your own photos into the database you will earn more acorns, to buy more badges.
