Okay Greene, you got me to thinking about what kind of edible it could be growing there. Sooo, I remember throwing seeds out for the chickens in the spring when I opened the garden gates up for them to scratch stuff up. So I looked into it and think maybe it could be sesamum indicum?

Hi Lin, yes, I think you are right, it must be a wolf spider, they can get pretty big and intimidating.
