Hurray! Hurray!
I am still excited about the Salem Hardy Plant Society meeting in Salem, OR last night.
Our much loved Cynda (Perennial Obsessions Nursery) and Kevin Vaughn were the speakers. Cynda had me nearly rolling in the aisle with laughter. I will let Kevin explain his correlation between dachsund x husky to breeding new cultivars of sempervivum.

Cynda's collection has been growing leaps and bounds, and should provide some new and interesting varieties in the next year or two.

The pièce de résistance was the photos of Kevin's new line of semps that will be coming out in 2015. Stunning comes to mind. I hope Young's Garden Center plans on having a huge stock in 2015. I want to be first on the list for these new semps. Drooling

Maybe Kevin can show us some photos of them? With their new names? Hurray!
