I used the Dynamite 2 lb. bottles from Home Depot. It is just like Nutricote only easier to find. Once I found a 50 lb. bag of Nutricote on Ebay with free shipping, I got that last year. I think it was 18-6-18 formulation.I don't remember exactly without going out to the cold garage to look at the bag. I am now using that for all my pots. All my daylilies grow in pots. It is the 9 month slow release formulation which I use once per year. When it is cold the fertilizer doesn't work anyway.
