Merry Christmas!

I gave the gift of seeds, all packed into a little basket with hand tools and gloves to my local gardening friend but for me, I received a real treasure, something I really really needed!

Cardboard!! The boxes, oh the boxes! There was the spinner (exercise thing) that my daughter received -- big cardboard box! And a huge flat screened TV that came packed in an outer box and an inner box -- two huge cardboard boxes! (I don't watch much TV, though my family does, so I got those boxes!!) And our dinner will be catered -- boxes to hold the food! And the boxes that came through the mail, more big boxes! And from a local grocery, because I asked very nicely and didn't have to beg at all, more boxes and already flattened!

See, I'm redesigning 3 small backyard daylily gardens for next season, lasagna style mostly, and I really need those boxes. Happy Happy Christmas to me. (It's the little things that really matter! Big Grin )

And Merry Christmas to all of you ~ wishing you your own supply of boxes!
