UPDATE: I bought the small sized dollys. I plan to place them under my largest pots. Today I used one to move my citrus trees back outside. The threat of frost is over for the time being and it is time to move them outside again into the sunshine. The trees are rather heavy and cumbersome for me to lift each one and carry 30 feet from outside to the sunny window inside. It was easy to tilt the pots up on to the dolly. The dolly is not that far off the ground. The dolly made it easy to move. It rolled over carpet, past the foyer and over the threshold rather easily. Then smoothly over the cement. I am anxious to see how it works on the biggest, heaviest plants I have. ----- I also bought a smaller mover that I plan to use under the smaller pots. It was just $5 and all metal with quality, swivel casters. Surely a better price and quality than I have ever found in other plant department dollys. Usually they are cheap plastic that don't last a full season starting at $10 and up.
