I use the drugstore 3% hydrogen peroxide. I pay $.88 for 32 ounces.
Green, I do not frequent any sewing or quilting forums.
About ten years ago I started watching a group of old women quilt in the church basement, and a year later I set down to learn to hand quilt.
After I ousted my ex husband on March 22, 2004, I found that I had way too much time on my hands in the winter. I bought a Viking sewing machine and started to practice sewing a straight line. I sewed all kinds of items that were rectangular.
I made tote bags and other types of bags. One day a student asked me where I bought one of my bags, and I proudly announced that I made it. The student asked if I would make her one, and I responded that "no, but I will teach you how to sew."
We started an after school sewing club initially dedicated to creating bags, and later we ventured into other sewing projects. That was four years ago, and our membership increased from six members to eighteen.
This club cost absolutely nothing to the students. Most recently we have been making pants, leggings, and aprons.
What you saw is my latest creation: it is an IPad clutch to transport an IPad in a stylish clutch.
This particular Yoga practicing frog will be given to an elementary yoga practicing teacher.
