Yum, yum, indeed! That's about what I was thinking as far as cooking goes. Don't know why I never thought about pairing broccoli with potatoes! DH bought this big ol' bag of mixed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. I opened it and sorted them. I now have a big bag of sliced carrots, a somewhat smaller bag of cauliflower, and a much smaller bag of broccoli. Heh, I think I know where that broccoli is going next!
