Well, the world has righted itself up. Two weeks ago, FL was colder than Colorado. Yesterday, a balmy 85 degrees in Orlando. Light sprinkles of rain that blew on through. Today, don't know what Orlando had, but here on the beach, 75 degrees. Humid--heavy fog this a.m. that didn't lift until noon. Of course, to get off this island we go over a bridge to the mainland--no fog here.

Grass has greened up. Things are growing. This is the way it's supposed to be! Snow up north; sun and warmth down South. See how long this lasts!!

Feel so sorry for the multiple storms!

On the other hand. Went to a plant vendor that has greenhouses--specializes in orchids, aroids, anything weird. They are EFG Orchids down here. Went to purchase a couple of nun's orchids (terrestrials that will grow under the oak trees). Bought two lovely plants. Then my husband asked if I wanted to look at the phalaenopsis orchids. They had a half-price table that looked every bit as good as the full price. I bought two--husband picked out one. Loved everything I purchased! Wonderful to be in a greenhouse knowing that spring isn't too far away! Picture is the one hubs picked out--Shu Long Yellow Lover.
