The only pill I have ever taken is an aspirin on occasion and rarely if you can believe that. It's truly a fact. I do have favorite herbs I make teas from when ill though, and I am incredibly a believer in Spotted Horsemint through the years especially. Monarda punctata.
I do eat a lot of greens and believe in Cissus too on occasion....and Rosemary I pick on and Tarragon and.........; I do have a very edible garden, and Amaranthus is of course special and.......................................am I now rambling?
