Apparently we have some nice roo-stew in our future. Hilarious!

Of course it will be my dh's job to do the 'harvesting'. It's been a long time (over 40 years) since he's plucked chickens. Maybe I should start a thread about the best way. We'll probably do them all at once, and thinking of setting up a hot bath, for easier plucking...
