I've loved arches since long. At home, we did not have one. One fine day, after we had moved over to our ancestral property, an old school mate of mine [since Class 1] who had to vacate their house and move to an apartment no longer found space to keep her three arches. So she thought of me and our yard with some space. So, I had three arches. But there was her condition. Two were needed by her anytime she wanted two of them. Okay. The one which was for me, broke when our almond tree branch which I cut, twisted and fell on it creating a new grotesque shape. Just before she gave those, I had made one out of construction steel on which I grew Jasmine. I removed it later when I pruned the plant and reorganized the garden when much change took place in the family front, after which my garden space reduced for good. After many reshapes in the last few years, the garden is somewhat settled - shape-wise. I showed the broken arch in my blog when the branch fell, but here are two my garden-loving friend gave me while one is not an arch - but a bicycle wheel holding for Antigonon leptopus.
