Love chippys! I have fond memories also...Dad told me if I sat completely still the chipmunk would come take the peanut out of my hand. I sat for almost 2 hours without moving! My neck and arm hurt, but being the stubborn little bi**h that I am I waited and it did indeed take the peanut. I kept that ritual all summer long. Every Sunday after church i'd stop at the 5 & dime and buy a bag of peanuts.
