For people who weren't at the clinic it is hard to tell from this photo why most of these are rejects. If you are looking right down on this little bed you would see that many are not symmetrical in form and many don't have good color. Color is muddied and sometimes not evenly distributed. Others that look decent just don't offer anything new to the market. The seedlings in the beds housing hand pollinated crosses were overall far superior in all aspects.
