You can get the micro-centrifuge tubes on amazon, and the little boxes to store them in. That is where I got mine. I think I bought my reverse tweezers for holding the anthers there too. As for the colored wires for marking crosses. I just save all my bread twisties and use those in different combos to mark the pollen parent.
I have had really good luck with stored frozen pollen. You need to let it dry thoroughly before freezing and make sure no part of the stamen is left on the anther, and remember to let it thaw for 1/2 hour or so before using.
It's my cats world, I'm just here to open the cans.
