Plant those sempervivum, you will be amazed at how they will root. I think you will have to call them NOIDs. Place them in some well draining soil and mist them with water. When they root you can start to water a bit. So many made up names. If you are really serious about getting semps Check out SMG Succulents, Perennial Obsessions and our very own Goldfinch4 @ the sempervivum patch. If you check out lists of some of the other members that are regulars they have semps for sale as well. May as well get plants from the experts. They send nice plants too.
